File Corrupted! == Hello World?
Backed up from a local Blogger export (113981923249618157/113981923249618157.html) on 2026-01-01.
Well I propped my first program to the new phone: ‘HelloWorldBasic’ over bluetooth. I got a very helpful error message: ‘File Corrupted!’ I’m tired and I figure that’s about enough for one night.. My head already hurts from trying to read the nokia developer docs and understanding the meaning of compiler spew like:
WARNING: Cannot determine the version of the RVCT Compiler. WARNING: When building for ARMV5 platform Compiler RVCT2.2 or later is required.
BTW RVCT is a different compiler suite for compiling ARM apps.. it is completely irrelevant. Just type ‘abld build gcce’. Intuitive? I thought so :P
Getting closer.
